Concept
In this project, the theme is to make a designboard for a poem, I choose the poem written by Hollie McNish. The poem is about when the writer went to a gallery and thought she is not clever enough to read the paintings, I feel this is an interesting and common situation.
I have tried both classical and playful styles, and I finally decided I should still keep the classical feeling to make a connection to the content, which is the gallery and paintings. Therefore, I chose an elegant serif font, an oil painting background texture, and circles as elements in my design.
